Provides operators and administrators with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and operate the system. The goal of this training is to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the success of their operations and maximise the investment in the system. This includes in-depth training sessions, delivered in either English or Portuguese. Please note that travelling costs are not included in this offering.
Included Items
- Training according to the pre-established training program (see Appendix A)
- The provision of educational resources, in digital format, such as slides or multimedia presentations
- Participation certificates
Notes
This training course is usually done after the deployment of the software.
If the deployment services are carried out in person at the customer’s facilities, the training will be carried out on days contiguous to the delivery of that service.
Travelling costs are not included in this offering.
